NC STATE ATHLETICS

As Assistant AD of Creative Video, I led a team of 3 full-time creatives and 10 student interns to film the games and stories of most of the sports teams at NC State. Leading by example was one of the most important traits that I brought to this role – I liked to make sure that my team built good habits and understood that I prioritized their time and wellbeing. The stories of our athletes off the field and court was something my team and I had the opportunity to tell. This helped build the brand of the athletes, teams, and athletic department as a whole.
